Jill’s been on a two-decade mission to empower people
to take control of their health. She does more than teach. When working with individuals, she acts as their coach, cheerleader and strategist.
As a speaker and a writer, she’s both, informative and entertaining while offering practical ways to eat better, feel better and live better.
Jill uniquely combines her food, nutrition and health expertise with her public relations and communications skills to assist both the food and health
care industries. A few of her corporate clients include Boar’s Head Provisions, Target Clinics, General Nutrition Center and Northrop Grumman. She has written for many magazines including: EatingWell magazine, Diabetic
Living magazine and Her Sports + Fitness magazine. Jill is a nationally recognized nutrition and diabetes expert. She is Nutrition Expert for LifeScript and online Nutrition Expert for James Hubbard’s My Family Doctor magazine.

Jill didn’t start out promoting good food and good health, but she did begin her professional life in promotion. After earning a degree in advertising from the University of Florida, she worked in marketing and public relations for a financial institution and the Kennedy Space Center. It wasn’t long before her love of food and all things nutrition pulled her back to the University of Florida where she earned a master’s degree in food science and human nutrition.
If Jill’s not at the clinic where she counsels subjects in clinical research trials, tethered to her computer or otherwise working,
you might find her in the kitchen cooking up something nutritious and delicious. (Yep, nutritious and delicious really do go together.) Other times she’s out jogging, watching her two daughters in sports games, letting two dogs in and out, or simply trying to
sneak some quiet time with her husband.
